Green Moon, which finished ninth in last Saturday’s Caulfield Cup, is one of five Bendigo Cup entries for the Lloyd Williams racing team.
Former Breeders Cup placegetter Sea Moon, imported stayer Amralah, last year’s Bendigo Cup runner-up Massiyn and Practiced round out Williams’ quintet.
Wednesday’s Geelong Cup winner and runner-up, Caravan Rolls On and Marksmanship, are a chance to back up at Bendigo, while Moe Cup winner Count Of Limonade is also among the entries.
Gai Waterhouse looks set to head to Bendigo with VRC ST Leger winner Order Of The Sun.
Tony McEvoy has entered European imports Fledged and Kourkam, while Peter Moody has one nomination, Ancient King.
The Shaun Dwyer-trained Anudjawun and Danny Curran-trained Caves are the only local nominations.
