At just 13, the talented Maiden Gully teen was the outright winner of the 14-15 years age group after claiming gold on both the 1m and 3m springboards and silver on the platform.
Her scores on all three boards easily qualified her for the national events to be held during the coming year, by margins ranging from 45 to 60 points.
"These are very big margins and confirm her abilities," said Bendigo Divers coach Heather Tyter.
"Abby is an amazing competitor - happy, relaxed and enjoys every moment. She is very consistent and rarely makes a mistake."
Rowley is the reigning Australian 12-13 years age group diver of the year.
Tyter said her Pullar championship results were all the more impressive considering this was her first year in the older age group and she had only been in full training for four weeks.
"She was at a real disadvantage against the other divers who train in Melbourne all year round and have the availability of a 'bubble' to help them learn new and more difficult dives.
"The diving club hopes to hold talks with council officials soon to discuss the possibility of installing a 'bubble' in our pool at Bendigo," Tyter said.
