Football star Joel Selwood, golfing champion Lucas Herbert and clay target shooting ace Emma Cox have all earned another monthly honour.
The 50th Sports Star of the Year, which is sponsored by Bendigo Bank, will be celebrated on February 27 at the All Seasons in Bendigo.
For Selwood it was another brilliant season with Geelong Football Club.
His play earned selection in the AFL's All-Australian team for the fourth time.
The inspirational onballer was named captain of the All Stars for the second year running.
A triple premiership player with the Cats, Selwood was Sports Star of the Year in 2009-10.
Lucas Herbert has earned a third monthly Sports Star award.
The Ravenswood teenager was in top form at the Eisenhower Trophy event in Japan.
Herbert fired a six-under par 66 to finish in a tie for second in the individual event.
The four-round total of 20-under par by the young star from Neangar Park Golf Club in Eaglehawk was three shots adrift of Spain's Jon Rahm.
A great year on the shooting range rolled on for Emma Cox.
The Latrobe University Bendigo student won silver at the ISSF World Championships in Granada, Spain.
Fourth in the double trap at one round to go, Cox fought back brilliantly to be a shoot-off to decide second and third.
Earlier this year Cox was sixth in the women's double trap shooting final at the Commonwealth Games in Glasgow.
Other finalists for the 2014-15 Bendigo Advertiser-Prime 7 Sports Star award are Nathan Wilson, lawn bowls; Bendigo Spirit, basketball; Bryan Jolly, judo; Matt White, BMX; Zak Dempster, cycling; Glenn O'Shea, cycling; Brad Rawiller, gallops racing; and Caitlin Thwaites, netball.
