The business is hosting a community costume party, with all donations going to Righteous Pups Australia.
The non-for-profit organisation trains assistance dogs, to be placed with people with disabilities.
Michael Clarkson, owner of FroCreations, said the event was not only about raising funds for Righteous Pups but also awareness.
"I have known about Righteous Pups for a long time. My family have been involved," he said.
"We want to raise as many funds as we can but it's also about raising awareness.
"Righteous Pups is a Bendigo organisation. It has done so much great work in the community."
Mr Clarkson said the idea for the event came to him while in the United States.
The event is on October 31 at Fountain Court.
A family costume party is on from 5.30pm to 7.30pm, with an 18 plus event to follow from 9.30pm to 10pm.
Mr Clarkson said both events would feature a funniest costume and best group costume competition.
