Heathcote Healthy Workplace Cluster, an initiative of the City of Greater Bendigo and Bendigo Community Health Services, aims to improve work productivity, morale, job satisfaction and decrease absenteeism, sick leave and workplace injuries.
City of Greater Bendigo active and healthy communities manager Patrick Jess said business that got involved in the cluster would be a win-win for businesses.
"Many businesses share the same desire to get the most out of their employees, create a positive work environment and have a healthy balance sheet," he said.
"The cluster will be an opportunity for workplaces to share their thoughts on how to achieve these important aspects of running a successful business."
The initiative is set to be launched on October 22 at the Heathcote RSL Hall from 7am to 9am.
Businesses interested in joining the cluster are invited to attend the launch.
