The fire was reported at 11.30pm and involved a Holden Commodre in Derwent Drive.
The woman was bailed and will appear in Bendigo Magistrate's Court on November 20.
TUESDAY: CFA crews were called out to three suspicious car fires in Bendigo overnight.
Bendigo Fire Brigade senior station officer Greg Stead said the first fire involved a Holden Commodore in Derwent Drive, Long Gully, at 11.30pm.
He said the car was parked in the front yard of a residential house and the fire was put out within five minutes of the CFA's arrival.
He said the car was significantly damaged.
At 2.45am firefighters were also called to a property on the corner of Oswald Street and Whitfield Court in California Gully, where two cars were on fire in a driveway.
He said both cars were destroyed by the fires.
Police are investigating both incidents.
