Sarah Hanson will join with her girlfriends on Saturday night to support women with cancer.
Bendigo businesses have united to support Ms Hanson's efforts.
Poyser Motors Mercedes Benz donated a voucher to use a vehicle for two days.
"We have received watches from Sens Jewellers, a three month membership from Fernwood and heaps more," Ms Hanson said.
Ms Hanson said it was important to find a way to help where she could.
"Everyone knows someone who has cancer," she said.
"My aunty is actually in remission at the moment.
"We thought this would be a great way to pamper local ladies with cancer."
Her event begins at 7pm at Pugg Mahones.
She hoped to have at least 100 people attend the event.
"We would like to raise at least $1000 and if it turns out really well we may make in annual event," she said.
Cancer Council spokeswoman Lisa Kastaniotis said last year Girls Night In events raised more than $34,000.
"That was an incredible effort and we'd love for even more women to get involved this year," she said.
