More than 400 riders from across Australia are expected to compete at the annual event.
Echuca/Moama's Ashley Hall, Chris Eddy and David Trounson will compete.
Hall will contest the criterium and the road race while Eddy and Trounson will take part in just the road race.
Bendigo and District's Nicholas Shipp will race in the time trial.
Castlemaine duo Tony Byrne and Daniel Abotomey will also race in the national event.
The Masters championships will be raced in and around Ballarat, with the road race finishing in Buninyong.
It will begin on Thursday with the time trial and finish on Sunday with the two road races.
