The company is hosting a gala night - in partnership with WIN Network and Harley Davidson, with comedian Corinne Grant as master of ceremonies. The event will include live music and an auction.
The major auction prize is a Harley Davidson.
As well as hosting the night, Hazeldene's has pledged $50,000 to the organisation.
Managing director John Hazeldene said the Righteous Pups program provided an enormous help to children with autism.
"I encourage everyone to have a look at the work that is being done here in our local community to assist children with special needs," he said.
The gala will is at the Foundry Complex Bendigo on October 11 and tickets cost $100. Tickets include a two-course meal and drinks.
