The Roos led from start to finish in the grand final, defeating Golden Square 53 to 35 at the Queen Elizabeth Oval courts.
After their heartbreaking one-goal loss in last year's grand final, Kangaroo Flat were able to score an emphatic victory in the 2014 decider.
Coach Janelle Hobbs said she was extremely proud of her team's efforts.
"The girls were fantastic," she said.
"They played the full four quarters and were outstanding across the game.
"It is a great reward for them, they have worked really hard for this and they deserve it, so it is an awesome feeling."
The Roos made an impressive start to the game, shooting 17 goals to seven in the opening quarter and then another 12 in the second.
Betty Thompson medalist and Square defender Meg Gilbert played on dangerous shooter Rachel Mackenzie, while Roos captain Alicia McGlashan took on Lucy Morcom.
"Our plan was to start strong because we knew Square had been getting strong starts in their finals and I think our girls did that," Hobbs said.
"We aimed to get the game on our terms an we achieved that."
At half-time, Kangaroo Flat had a 10-goal margin, but Hobbs said the game wasn't over yet.
"The message at half-time was to keep putting that pressure on and play our game," she said.
"We didn't want to relax at all, because we knew their was a long way to go and Square were going to chuck everything at us, so to my girls credit they just came out and kept playing."
In the second half, it was one way traffic, with the Roos shooting 26 goals to Golden Square's 18.
"I knew if we could keep them low, like we had the last two encounters, and we score at least 10 a quarter, then the end result would take care of itself," Hobbs said.
Roos young gun Annie Spear, who playing the 17-and-under premiership earlier in the day, was a given a chance in the dying minutes of the game to get on court.
"It was Nina Cass' last game, she has been a stalwart of our club for many years and Annie is her niece," Hobbs said.
"They have never played a game of netball together, so that was the reason we wanted to get them on court together.
"It is something they will remember for the rest of their lives."
Hobbs praised Cass' incredible career in the BFNL.
"She is a great player, she has been a great club person, she has had a fantastic career and well deserved to go out on a premiership," she said.
McGlashan was named the best player on the court.
She said the whole team was hungry to win the premiership this season.
"We are so excited to have won, we have worked hard," McGlashan said.
"We have had a couple of hard years, we hadn't won a premiership for four years, we really wanted it this year.
"I love winning and hate losing, so it is a great feeling."
