THE strikers capped off many attacks in Thursday's boys and girls matches on the fourth day of the School Sport Australia 12-under football titles in Bendigo.
Tournament hosts, Victoria continued its superb form on the pitches at Epsom-Huntly Reserve.
In the girls competition, Victoria scored a six-nil victory in the clash with Western Australia.
Day four began with Queensland scoring a 2-1 win in the girls match against Queensland.
New South Wales was too strong for ACT.
The Blues won 2-0.
Despite the windy and cool conditions, Northern Territory’s team adapted brilliantly to achieve a 1-0 win against South Australia.
Scores from the NSW and Victoria clash, and ACT’s battle with Queensland in the girls competition were not available.
There were some closely-fought matches in the boys championship.
NSW and ACT beat the defence several times.
By the final whistle the New South Wales Blues led the Territory, 3-2.
Victoria was put under enormous pressure from Western Australia.
The Vics fought on for a 2-1 victory.
Queensland began the day by scoring a 3-0 win against Northern Territory.
South Australia’s attack dominated in its clash with Northern Territory.
The match ended in a 5-1 win for SA.
Results from game five, ACT against Queensland, and game six, New South Wales versus Victoria were not available.
Eight matches will be played in Friday's finale to the week-long championships.
Action kicks off at 9am.
