The players are the public face of the Dragons.
Behind the scenes is a hard-working, loyal band of volunteers filling all-important off-field roles that allow football and netball sides to be put on the field and court each weekend.
They are the unsung heroes, one of which is John Davidson.
John has spent the past 14 years involved with Sandhurst as the club's time-keeper, while his roles at the club also involve the Dragons' sponsorship co-ordinator.
"You might have 22 players out on the field, but there are just as many off the field from the president down to the boot studder who are all filling roles," John said.
"There's a team out there playing on a Saturday, but also a team off the field that is just as integral and we're all proud to be involved in such a great club.
"I love the club... once Sandhurst gets in your blood, it's there for good."
