You may notice some increased stiffness in your legs with the regular training so make sure you are stretching after each session.
You should by the end of this week be feeling a little less puffed after the shorter runs as your body starts to adapt to the training and your fitness increases.

The focus of these long runs in these early weeks is to get your body used to regular long runs but they should not be too intense. Try to keep your pace comfortable and your breathing steady.
