Year 12 student Zebulun Lea took out the top prize for two contrasting pieces on the saxophone.
Singer Georgia Faulks captured audiences' attention through her powerful rendition of Up to the Mountain, by Patty Griffin, a performance that won her the Audience Choice Award.
Four Outstanding Performance Awards acknowledged the excellent performances by Cassandra Ward, Murray Colbert, Patrick Ward and Charmaine Pisevski.
The event consisted of 21 students from years eight to 12 performing on piano, guitar, trumpet and saxophone, and was organised by senior music teacher Catherine Moore.
Mrs Moore said the awards presented an opportunity to recognise and reward the students' hard work.
"The 21 students who performed on Friday each deserve our congratulations for the hours of practice, memorising and rehearsing they have put into developing their performances," she said.
"They have created their own musical interpretations and developed their skills to meet the technical demands and challenges of the works - all so that the audience is not aware of their hard work."
