About 120 people will unite at Lake Weeroona to support Bupa's Memory Walk.
The annual event raises money and awareness for Alzheimer's Australia.
Bendigo aged care home residents will join Bupa staff and school students.
Bupa Bendigo general manager Colleen Worbs said the residents and staff were looking forward to the event.
"We encourage our residents to remain actively engaged with the local community," she said.
"This year's walk is a great way for the community and our residents to gather to awareness for Alzheimer's Australia.
"Sadly, there still is a lot of stigma when it comes to people living with dementia."
She said the walk was a step in the right direction to decrease the negative stigma associated with dementia.
Bupa Aged Care's managing director Louis Dudley will attend.
The walk will begin at 11.30am.
