Dan Sultan, Sarah Blasko, Diesel and The Whitlams will be among the many bands playing at the weekend festival from Friday, February 13 to Sunday, February 15.
Festival producer David Frazer said the organising committee was proud the weekend had kept its "boutique feel".
"This is the fourth year for us, so we are sort of a veteran festival in a pretty turbulant industry," he said.
"The festival is something that a small group of people put together.
"We are continuing to improve the event, something we strive for but we have no intention of making the festival bigger."
Mr Frazer said he adored the location of the festival.
"We are conscious that it's a public space and are mindful that we want ot make a low impact," he said.
"We have a small stage on a jetty and have found people are really responding to that approach."
Dan Sultan continues the festival's tradition of putting on strong acts.
"We have been trying to get him for a couple of years and this year has been phenomenal for him so far,' Mr Frazer said.
"Diesel is such a respected performer, anyone with an interest in Australian music will know The Whitlams and Sarah Blasko is sure to be great."
