Ebonie's mother, Leanne, said the workers were "brilliant".
"They really rallied to her," she said.
"That's all she talked about when she got home.
"It makes you feel really great that people like that are around."
She said her 9-week-old grandson, Huntah, was in the car when the incident occurred.
She said her daughter got out of the car to check on her baby but dropped to the ground immediately.
"She could hear her bones cracking," she said.
She said the workers rushed to Ebonie's assistance, carrying her and Huntah inside and making sure they were okay.
She said Ebonie had a broken foot from the crash and severe bruising.
The incident happened about 9.45am when a woman in her 30s, who was driving north along High Street, turned into Myrtle Street, hitting Ebonie's car, which she was driving along High Street in the direction of Golden Square.
Leading Senior Constable Todd Deary said the woman in her 30s had been charged with failing to give way at an intersection.
UPDATE 10.25am: A 29-year-old woman has been taken to Bendigo Health following a crash in the CBD.
Leading Senior Constable Todd Deary said she had minor leg injuries.
He said a woman in her 30s was driving north along High Street and turning right into Myrtle Street when her Ford crashed into a Commodore travelling along High Street, in the direction of Golden Square.
He said the light was green at the time the incident occurred.
He said the driver of the Commodore suffered leg injuries and was taken to Bendigo Health.
EARLIER: Emergency services are responding to a car crash near the corner of High and Don streets, Bendigo.
The road has been cleared but police are redirecting traffic coming from Myrtle Street, directing cars to turn left into High Street.
