The Eagles, who are the defending champions, defeated Calivil United in Saturday's semi-final, earning a week-off and a spot in the league's decider.
YCW won 47 to 38.
Eagles coach Christie Griffiths said the team was excited at the prospect of reaching another grand final.
"We would get in front and then they would get back in it," she said.
"Some fresh legs in the second half did help.
"It was a great team effort and now we are really looking forward to perhaps going back-to-back."
Mitiamo also defeated Bridgewater in the second semi-final on Sunday afternoon.
The final score was 47 to 21.
Superoos coach Jen Morrison said she was proud of her team's efforts.
"We had a really good start and continued on which was good," she said.
Calivil United will now play Mitiamo in the LVNL preliminary final.
