Unbeaten in the 16-round home and away series, Bridgewater led by just a point of the semi-final clash with the Bears at Riverside Park in Newbridge.
The Mean Machine clicked into a couple more gears as the match went on.
By the final siren, Bridgewater led 16.14 (110) to 8.9 (57).
The Bears will play the winner of Sunday's first semi-final between Pyramid Hill and Marong in next Saturday's preliminary final.
Red-hot favourite for the premiership, Bridgewater has another week's rest to prepare for the September 13 grand final to be played on Mitiamo's turf.
Other winners in Saturday's second semi-finals were Mitiamo's reserves and Calivil United's under-17s.
