A WOMAN in her 50s has been flown to the Royal Melbourne Hospital after falling on top of a bike at Echuca Moama this morning.

Ambulance Victoria spokesman John Mullen said the woman had suffered leg injuries and was in a serious yet stable condition.
He said the incident occurred at Anstruther Street and the Campaspe Esplanade about 10.15am.
Meanwhile, a 16-year-old boy riding a motorcycle was taken to Bendigo Hospital after a he collided with another motorcycle.
Mr Mullen said the incident occurred on Tracey Track near Lake Eppalock about 11am.
He said the boy suffered arm injuries and rib soreness.
He said the injuries were not life threatening.
The other motorcyclist was uninjured.
