In this season's meetings stand at one-all. Colts won 3-2 and Gully scored a 2-1 victory.
Epsom takes on Strathdale in the other semi-final at 3pm.
The Epsom Scorpions scored 4-1 and 3-1 victories in their previous meetings with the Blues.
Champions in division two, Strathdale faces Spring Gully from 3pm.
The Blues only loss in the championship campaign was a 2-0 defeat against Spring Gully a fortnight ago.
Eaglehawk tackles Swan Hill from 1pm in what's likely to be a closely-fought contest.
In the youth division, Strathdale takes on Swan Hill at 11am. The Swans scored a 3-1 win against the Blues in the last of the championship matches.
Golden City and Spring Gully are first to take to the pitch at 9am.
