The Father's Day tram will feature performances from Josh Rawari and Tom Tuena.
Both performers built their music around solo performances but each are part of their own band.
Tuena performs in a three-piece band called Tuena. The band has released an album called The River.
Rawari formed the Moroccan Knights in early 2013 and released a self-titled EP in July.
Bendigo Blues and Roots Music Festival director Colin Thompson said the Blues Tram was a great way to appreciate Bendigo's sights and sounds.
"The Blues Tram is unique to Bendigo and we're proud to share our heritage with locals and visitors alike," he said.
The Father's Day Blues Tram leaves Central Deborah Gold Mine at 2pm and returns at 4pm.
Tickets cost $35. To book phone the Bendigo Visitor Centre on 1800 813 513 or visit www.bendigotourism.com/tours/bendigo-cbd/bendigo-blues-tram
