The Fight Cancer Fundraiser Concert will include pieces from Mozart, Schubert, Brahms and Bach.
Organiser Pamela Jackson said the idea for the concert was inspired by four-year-old Wilson Jackman, who received a bone marrow transplant last year.
"Having met Wilson, we decided what better way to use our talents than to honour the bravery of Wilson and other children like him with supporting the amazing work of Fight Cancer Foundation," she said.
Ms Jackson said she hoped the concert would raise awareness and money for research.
Singers Merrin Torpy, Jessie Austin and Rob Plum, pianist Peter Butler and flutist Jenny Gorgolin will join Ms Jackson for the performance at Bendigo South East College from 3pm to 4pm.
