Strathfieldsaye is the BFNL minor premier for the second-straight season, while Eaglehawk pinched fifth spot off Kangaroo Flat.
The Storm handed South Bendigo a 128-point hiding, with the Bloods not kicking their first goal until the 20-minute mark of the final term.
Final score was Strathfieldsaye 23.13 (151) to 2.11 (23).
Stephen Milne kicked six goals for the Storm to take his season tally to 89.
Sandhurst entered the final round on top of the ladder, but the Dragons suffered a shock 20-point loss to Eaglehawk.
The Hawks' 10.10 (70) to 7.8 (50) win combined with Kangaroo Flat's demoralising 26.11 (167) to 7.9 (51) loss to Gisborne saw Eaglehawk grab fifth spot and an elimination final date with Golden Square next Saturday night.
Golden Square was held goalless in the final quarter against Castlemaine, but still won 12.18 (90) to 11.6 (72).
In the remaining game, Kyneton rounded out its season with a 22.18 (150) to 7.10 (52) win over Maryborough.
Heathcote District Football League
North Bendigo is through to the HDFL grand final after scoring a 22-point win over Leitchville-Gunbower in Saturday's second semi-final.
The Bulldogs led by just four points at the main break before kicking six goals to three in the third term to break the game open.
The Bulldogs won 16.14 (110) to 12.16 (88).
The loss was soured by a shoulder injury to Darcy Richards.
Leitchville-Gunbower will play the winner of Sunday's clash between LBU and Mt Pleasant in next Saturday's preliminary final.
Loddon Valley Football Netball League
Bears-Lagoon Serpentine withstood a last quarter fightback from Pyramid Hill to win the LVFNL qualifying final by six points at Backhaus Oval.
The Bears led by 26 points at the last change before the Bulldogs kicked seven goals to four in the final term.
Bears won 13.13 (91) to 12.13 (85) to advance to a second semi-final clash with Brigdewater next Saturday.
Andrew Gladman and Gareth Bowes were best for the Bears, while Justin Wilson kicked four goals.
Coach Paul Grayling kicked five goals for the Bulldogs and Gavin James and Sam Kennedy were their best players.
Pyramid Hill plays the winner of Sunday's elimination final between Newbridge and Marong in next Sunday's first semi-final.
