About 100 people turned out for the organisation's annual general meeting on Thursday, for the announcement of the 2013-14 results.
President Michael McKern said the organisation recorded an income of $120,650.11, a 20 per cent increase on last year, and said it was very pleasing.
"It's the biggest foundation in the 3556 area," he said.
"We are giving out grants of $100,000 a year, that's unheard of."
Mr McKern said some of the organisations who benefited from the funds were Eaglehawk Community House, Our Shed, Eaglehawk Fire Brigade, Phoenix FM, Eaglehawk Lions Club and Eaglehawk Primary School.
"It's amazing. Year one we probably started with around $15,000 and it has just been an ongoing thing," he said.
"We get great support from the community and the committee but its the committee who drive it."
Mr McKern said one of the highlights of the year included setting up the Eaglehawk Development Group, which oversees the progress of a $8 million Canterbury Park Sports Hub project.
Empowering Eaglehawk's major sponsors include Bendigo Bank, Bendigo Community Telco, Evergreen Waters and IGA Eaglehawk.
Bendigo Bank, the organisation's largest sponsor, contributed $86,731.13, a nine per cent increase on last year.
"It's obvious to all that our partnerships with these organisations are pivotal in the ongoing success of our community contributions," he said.
"We encourage everyone to keep supporting the partners that help us do what we do best and that is give back to the local community groups."
Empowering Eaglehawk also launched its foundation and announced all donations above $2 are tax deductible.
