BENDIGO Bank Braves coach Ben Harvey will consider his coaching future after the club failed to make the SEABL play-offs for the first time since 2004.

Harvey, who has a one-year option to run on his contract next year, will meet with the Braves board this week to discuss his future.
"We'll have a yarn about what's going on and I'll make my mind up by the end of September,'' Harvey said.
"The day I stop coaching is the day I can't give the job 110 per cent.
"It's been a challenging year this year and I want to take some time to sort some things out.
"We were very close this year... a couple of losses that we shouldn't have had cost us a finals spot."
The futures of some of the Braves players will also come under question.
Imports Zach Atkinson and Dustin Salisbery return to the United States this Thursday and it's highly unlikely they'll return to Bendigo next year.
"No decision has been made on any players,'' Harvey said.
"I'll talk to Zach and Dustin before they leave on Thursday.
"I really haven't thought too much about the roster for next year.
"We didn't make the play-offs, so I can't be happy with that result and I have to look at what is best for the club. That process starts with the imports."
Salisbery averaged a team-high 20 points per game and won the club MVP award, while Atkinson averaged 17 points and 10 rebounds per game.
Point guard Josh Wilcher (England) and forward Michael Vigor (Perth) will also depart Bendigo to return home shortly.
Vigor averaged 14 points and seven boards in his first season at SEABL level, while Wilcher averaged 12 points, three rebounds and three assists per game.
Chris Hogan, Taylor Bell and Kevin Probert are expected to play on next year. Bell won the club coaches award, while youngster Daniel Hansen was named most improved player.
