It sold through James Snodgrass and Di Burcham, of Forsyth.
And the fifth most expensive sale of the weekend was a four-bedroom house in Pymble.
The 1920s house at 1 Selwyn Street sold for $2.62 million through Carole McCrea, of McConnell Bourn Lindfield.
It comes with a solar-heated pool, parquet floors, and sits on 917 square metres of land.
