Bounce Consulting has won a Silver Stevie Award in the company of the year - business service category, at the 11th annual International Business Awards.
The awards recognise excellence in business, with nominations open to individuals and organisations - including public, private, non-for-profit, for-profit, large and small.
Bounce Consulting chief executive and founder Maria Smith said it was an honour to win the prestigious award.
"To be recognised internationally is exhilarating. It's very flattering," she said.
"I'm so proud to have such an amazing team and so completely thankful to all the Employment Service Providers that have trusted and supported Bounce and our programs."
This is the second time Bounce Consulting has been recognised at the awards - with the business receiving two silver Asia-Pacific Stevie Awards for women of the year and service company of the year in May.
The business focuses on helping people find employment and improve their lives against the odds.
Ms Smith said the business prided itself on its integrity and professionalism.
"In the training industry there are lots of shortcuts and money, but we have stayed true to our integrity and what we stand for," she said.
"We see ourselves as the driver of inspiring lives and we are committed to what we do."
Ms Smith said the business had expanded to Massachusetts in the US, where it will run programs.
"To think that it started in little Maryborough and is now expanding overseas is fantastic," she said.
"We have trained trainers over there, I am going over to meet with the governor of California, Maryland soon."
Award winners will be celebrated at a gala banquet in Paris on October 10.
The business has been running for about seven years and has programs in Melbourne, Geelong, Maryborough and the US.
