The talented team went through Wednesday's games undefeated and will now play against the top six schools from across the state in next month's final.
Catholic College defeated teams from MacKillop College Werribee, Kilbreda College, Salesian College Sunbury, Presbyterian Ladies College as well as Girton Grammar and second CCB team.
The team included School Sports Victoria duo Imogen Sexton and Meg Williams, as well as shooting sensation Anneliese Spear.
Keisha Tonzing, Madeline Sexton, Briana Eyles, Mia McConnachie, Olivia Dullard and Olivia Houlden also took to the court for CCB.
Coach Nicole Mazzarella said she was proud of her team's achievements.
"They are naturally talented, who are physical, but play a clean game," she said.
"They have a presence on the court but they are all lovely and humble girls."
The final will be played on September 15 at the State Netball and Hockey Centre in Melbourne.
Bendigo will next week host a round of matches at the Golden City Netball Courts on Friday, August 22.
Teams will compete in the year 7 and 8 division, year 9 and 10, years 11 and 12 as well as a boys section.
Games will be played between 9.30am and 3.30pm.
