Ten years ago, the Elmore resident was asked by one of her friends to join the club.
"I thought, 'I suppose I better join something' - so I did," she said.
During her time at the club Ms Lindeman has served as president.
She said the club was dedicated to meeting the needs of the community.
The club regularly helps co-ordinate Driver Reviver stops with the State Emergency Service, hosts barbecues and helps raise money for aid dogs.
Ms Lindeman said she was looking to leave the area and move to Melbourne to be closer to her family but would miss the friends she had made through the club.
"The others are such good people," she said.
"I will really miss everyone."
The club has eight members and some will be stationed at the gate of the Heathcote and District Football League grand final this year.
