The two sides will finish in second and third spot on the ladder, with both coaches to try some new things before finals.
Eagles coach Christie Griffiths said she would have a full list to choose from for the first time this season.
“The ladder won’t change between us and Mitiamo as we lead into the finals, so we will try some different things,” she said.
“We will use some different combinations.”
Griffiths said despite missing key players throughout the season, it was good to give younger players the chance to play A-grade.
“We have had some 15 and 17-year-old girls step up into the team,” she said.
“It has been a good chance for them to play at a higher level.”
Mitiamo coach Jen Morrison said her team would be missing two key players, but was confident in her side's ability to play against the Loddon Valley powerhouse.
“We have come good at the right end of the season,” she said.
“We might have to make some combination changes this weekend, but we will be competitive.”
Morrison said the weather may also play a part in how the game will be played, with showers predicted.
The A-grade game will be played at Backhaus Oval on Saturday at 2.30pm.
In other games Bridgewater hosts Calivil United, Newbridge plays Marong at Riverside Park and Inglewood meets Pyramid Hill.
Bears-Lagoon Serpentine has the bye.
