The 30-year-old sang a song for Bachelor Blake Garvey and also reminded him that to remember her name he just needs to remember, "I need her".
After keeping a close eye on Blake at the cocktail party, Anita managed to get a few minutes one-on-one with Blake, which may have helped in securing her a rose and avoiding elimination on the first episode.
As for the rest of the first episode, a number of girls worked hard to have a memorable introduction to the leading man.
A signature cocktail from Louise, a heart-shaped key ring from Chantal, Katrina's musical performance and a roller-skating-based entrance from Lauren were all memorable.
But of the introductions, none were more memorable than "princess" Diana.
The Queensland contestent is a self-proclaimed Disney mega-fan and wore a tiara and presented bachelor Blake with a crown saying, "I hope you are my Prince Charming."
Professional netballer Holly got the much-sought-after white rose, which guarantees her immunity from the next round of eliminations.
Samantha, Emma from Victoria and Emma from Western Australia and Karla the nurse were all eliminated on Tuesday night's episode.
The Bachelor continues on Thursday night on Network 10 and Anita will be hopeful she can receive another red rose from Blake.
But Anita told the Bendigo Advertiser she was all about the experience of the show.
"I thought this was an opportunity to meet an amazing guy and have an amazing experience," she said. "I thought it was time to take time off for myself ... and take the dating thing a bit more seriously."
