As part of making the team, Bottomley and the rest of the hopefuls will spend time in New York working with singer John Legend.
Since first auditioning for the X-Factor, Bottomley has impressed the judges and wowed the audiences.
Bottomley sang Jennifer Hudson’s One Night Only at the auditions before belting out an impressive rendition of Miss Independent by Kelly Clarkson at boot camp.
The performance was so good it had the judges on their feet.
X-Factor returns on Sunday with Ronan Keating visiting Alice's house to take her to New York.
On Tuesday Ronan's team of six singers will be cut to three as X-Factor prepares for the live shows.
Live shows will feature the top 12 artists and rely on audiences to vote on who they want to keep.
