University had 21 players kick a goal in its 231-point victory in the Victorian Women's Football League premier league match on its turf.
Melbourne University scored 35.21 and kept Thunder scoreless.
Uni's attack was led by Ellie Blackburn and Ashley Bye on five goals.
Thunder's best were Alana McNabb, Kaitlyn Kile and Erin Hopkins.
Bendigo Thunder is on the road again for next Sunday's match against Diamond Creek at Plenty War Memorial Oval.
