After being in front by just seven points at quarter-time, the Lady Braves dominated the rest of the contest on the Bendigo Stadium showcourt.
Alex Bunton and Heather Oliver achieved a match-high 21 points apiece as Kerryn Harrington, 17, and Lauren King, 10, played key roles.
The Jonathan Goodman-coached Bendigo plays at Sandringham on Saturday night.
Friday night’s action was capped with a win by the Bendigo Braves.
Dustin Salisbery scored 27 points as the Braves went on to score a crucial 96-80 win against the Bandits.
Zach Atkinson, 18 points and 12 rebounds; Michael Vigor, 15; and Josh Wilcher, 11, played significant roles as the Braves seized control in the second and third quarters.
Bendigo plays in Brisbane on Saturday night.
