Eleven Mercy schools from across the state will take part in three sections – voice choir, debating and public speaking.
Catholic College’s 14-piece voice choir from years 9 and 10 will perform The Church Upon the Hill by John O’Brien and Oh the places you’ll go by Dr Seuss, while seven year 11 and 12 students will represent Bendigo in the public speaking and debating sections.
The festival is a long tradition among Victorian Mercy sister schools, bringing students together for a day of competition.
