The organisation has served the Bendigo and Loddon region for four years and is excited to be updating its technology so it can run more efficiently.

Employees will now have a portable, real-time way of doing administration and service.

The new technology enables staff to view their time sheets, fill in information about services provided to customers, take notes about customers' specific needs and report on occupational health and safety issues.

The aged care service has partnered with a Bendigo-based IT company and Geelong-based firm Icon Global to create the new technology.

Care Beyond Measure chief executive Sam Tayeh said the technology would "provide operational efficiency in terms of reporting and accessing timely and relevant information".

He said the new system was about staff having their "finger on the pulse".

"We are a young organisation that totally understands the need to operate at the lowest cost of business models in the new competitive environment. The investment in this new technology will allow our business to change and evolve with the needs of the industry on an ongoing-basis," Mr Tayeh said.

“This is about one system and an outcome-based philosophy that Care Beyond Measure is implementing to deliver a superior support service to its self-funded and government-funded customers in both the aged care and disability services sectors.

"By supporting our staff with the latest communication tools and software, our support to customers will be even greater and more tailored to suit each individual’s needs.

Mr Tayeh said the technology placed his organisation at the "leading edge" in aged care and disability support services.

Care Beyond Measure is in the process of expanding its services into the Barwon region in South-Western Victoria.
