After a rest day, the Vics were again on the winners’ list on Wednesday against the ACT, with the game another blow-out. Final scores were 21.13 (139) to 0.0 (0).
Among Ayre’s team-mates in the Victorian squad is skilful Castlemaine teen Choney Meemusour.
Victoria has also performed strongly in the 15-and-under boys division of the SSA competition, also winning its first three games.
The side easily accounted for South Australia and Tasmania early on and defeated ACT on Wednesday.
