A BENDIGO man has been charged with conduct endangering life after a car was driven through a fence and into the front yard of a house in Quarry Hill on Monday.

Bendigo police Sergeant Joel Smith said the 25-year-old man was allegedly driving along Harkness Street just after 2pm when he crashed into the property, colliding with the front steps of the home.
He said no one was injured in the incident.
He said the property's front fence and steps were damaged.
Sergeant Joel Smith said the man would face an out of sessions court hearing last night.
He said the man had also been charged with other matters relating to assault.
