The Neangar Park golfer won the Alec Calvert Junior Open in Port Fairy and the Sungold Junior Open in Warrnambool.
Lynch shot two rounds of 74 to win the open boys section at the Sungold Junior Open, four shots ahead of his competitors.
The tournament also doubled as the Corangamite District Golf Association junior championships, meaning he took home two trophies.
His trip to the south-west also included winning the Alec Calvert Junior Open after firing a round of 71.
The tournament was played in tough conditions with the links course throwing everything at the young golfers.
When accepting the trophy, Lynch thanked organisers for their work in getting the Port Fairy course ready for play.
The 16-year-old is currently ranked sixth on the Victorian Junior averages list.
Young gun Tahlia Holmberg was chasing her third-straight Junior Open crown at Warrnambool.
She finished second, behind Port Fairy’s Joanna Flaherty.
Kristi Bilkey was the girls under-18 gross runner-up and Liam Brown was the boy’s under-15’s nett runner-up.
Jack Nevins was the day one stableford winner, Jordan Treacey the day two nett winner and Jemma Holmberg was the girls 12-and-under winner.
