The car hit two other larger vehicles just after 1pm.
UPDATE 1.35pm: Traffic is now moving through one lane of Don Street, heading towards Eaglehawk.
UPDATE 1.25pm: Three cars have collided at the intersection of High and Don streets in Bendigo.
There appears to be no one injured.
Don Street has been blocked at the intersection, heading towards Eaglehawk.
CFA, police, SES and Ambulance Victoria are on scene.
EARLIER: Emergency crews are responding to a road rescue on High Street in Bendigo.
