After a run of 13 consecutive defeats, Bendigo teamed superbly to win the National Premier League division one under-20s match on home turf at the Tom Flood Sports Centre.
Ben Shaper and Zac Kinsman were on target in a 2-1 victory.
Best players for FC Bendigo were Alier Alier, Nathan Hamblin and Brent Mitchell.
The night's play included the NPL Victoria division one match between FC Bendigo and Whittlesea Ranges.
The Ranges won 2-1.
Whittlesea's victory ended FC Bendigo's run of three victories and a draw in the previous four rounds.

The 10th-placed FC Bendigo is on the road this Sunday to play Moreland Zebras in the division one match at De Chene Reserve in Coburg.
