It's nice to see a Bendigo company proudly showing off its achievements and ready to take on the world with a new venture.
Keech 3D Advanced Manufacturing has already established export relationships with companies in Japan, France, China and the United Kingdom.
It also boasts mining giants Rio Tinto and BHP as clients.
This is the type of progressive attitude that drives success and as Bendigo Mayor Barry Lyons pointed out at the launch, helps put our great city 'on the map'.
Any business who delivers initiatives that can enhance the city's image should be looked upon as a valued citizen.
It was also nice to see Minister for Manufacturing David Hodgett making time to celebrate Keech's achievement given the state assisted the investment.
Keech's achievement with the success of the 3D printer business should inspire other businesses to look at their operations and changing demands to find new opportunities.
