Davis-Tope was named in the under-14 Australian Inline Hockey junior women's team and will travel to Hamilton in New Zealand to compete on Saturday.
"I am really excited and looking forward to this experience," she said.
"It was a lot of work fundraising but we finally got there."
It is the first time an under-14 Australian team will be playing on an international stage.
The 12-year-old is a member of the Bendigo Blaze Inline Hockey Club.
Davis-Tope has also been selected to play for Victoria at the Australian National Inline Hockey Championships, which will be played in Geelong in September.
The Oceania tournament will run between July 5 and 8.
