Hope was among 14 different goal scorers for the Sharks in the 246 point win at Peanut Farm Reserve in St Kilda.
The final score was St Kilda Sharks 39.19 (253) to Bendigo Thunder 1.1 (7).
Thunder's Tish Stewart kicked Bendigo's only goal for the game in the second quarter.
After not scoring a point in their first three games, the Thunder has scored in each of it's past three games.
Coach Russell Jeffrey said St Kilda were a really strong team.
"They are really good overhead, they marked the ball exceptionally well and managed to hit the scoreboard far too regularly," he said.
"We could get the ball forward we just couldn't capitalise."
The Thunder did keep the Sharks to just 16 goals in the second half in comparison to 23 in the first half.
The best players for the Thunder were Cassie Blakeway, Jess Kile, Michelle Barkla, Maddi Kindellan, Tish Stewart and Sarah Baldwin.
Bendigo sit on the bottom of the Victorian Women's Football League ladder after seven rounds.
They are yet to win a game this season after being promoted to the state's premier competition.
All teams in the VWFL will have a week off due to a women's exhibition match.
Bendigo will next play Darebin on July 6.
