Gadsden and her A-grade team won its fourth game of the season on Saturday, defeating the winless Inglewood at Malone Park.
Gadsden said the girls came out firing in the first quarter, putting pressure on their opponents from the first whistle.
"We really came out of the blocks," she said.
"We were extra confident and it showed on the court."
The final score was 47 to 29.
Gadsden said it was a good four quarter performance from the Panthers.
"The defence was great, we managed to get a lot of rebounds, the mid-court was really good, we had a really good flow down the court and the shooters also did really well," she said.
"Mikayla Millar was our best."
Gadsden said players from the B-grade and under-17 team had to play in the team because of injuries to key players.
"I was a bit worried about how they might go with the higher standard of netball but they both shone," she said.
"All the girls showed great confidence."
Gadsden admitted it would be tough for the A-grade team to make the finals this season but said her team was building for the future.
She said her team had a tough draw in the second half of the season, with games against each of the top five teams in the last eight rounds of the season.
"We are continuing to build on last year," Gadsden said.
"We play some hard teams in the next few weeks, so right now it is about making sure the girls have confidence at the end of the season.
"Hopefully, we can get a few more wins.
"Our fitness is getting better, we are running out games a lot better."
Gadsden also said she was hopeful of scoring some more recruits at the end of the season.
In other round 10 Loddon Valley Netball League games, Calivil United continued its run of wins with a strong performance against Newbridge.
The final score was 51 to 31.
The second-placed YCW had a big win over Pyramid Hill, the Eagles won 48 to 31.
Bridgewater also had its sixth win of the season against Bears-Lagoon Serpentine.
The final score was 49 to 21.
Mitiamo had the bye.
