KANGAROO Flat junior cricketer Ryan O’Keefe starred for Victoria at the School Sport Australia national titles in Darwin on Thursday.

The 12-year-old top-scored for Team Vic in their win over the Australian Capital Territory, blasting an unbeaten 30 off 33 balls.

His side passed their target of 104 in the 34th over and moved to second on the ladder in the 12-and-under boys’ competition.

In the girls’ division, White Hills youngster Letesha Bawden conceded just two runs from three tidy overs as ACT was all out for 42.

Victoria sits fourth, with a rest day on Friday.
