As part of her training efforts, the Bendigo teen is raising money to help find a cure for Multiple Sclerosis.
On Thursday she is hosting a movie night and silent auction at the Bendigo Cinemas.
Movie watchers will get to see 22 Jump Street on Thursday at 6.45pm.
Tickets cost $20 and can be purchased at the door.
The silent auction will be held after the movie.
The Gold Coast marathon is on July 6.
