One of the club's most dominant displays this season netted four goals and kept the opposition goalless at Tom Flood Sports Centre.
Not even the greasy conditions could slow Bendigo's charge to victory.
Matt Breeze and George Slefendorfas were on target in the first half.
The attacking wave kept rolling on after the break.
Brunswick went forward on few occasions, but kept Bendigo fans on edge at times.
A Brunswick shot on an open goal cruelly bounced to the left and a cross went askew of the charging pack.
Bendigo was down to 10 men after Slefendorfas was red-carded.
After a series of missed shots, Breeze swooped when the goalkeeper's parry fell just metres from the line.
Josh Romein leapt and headed the ball from a corner kick to make it four-nil.
FC Bendigo playing coach Steve Martin had plenty to smile about after such an emphatic performance on home turf.
It was not just the reward through goals, but also keeping the opposition goalless for the second week running.
"We are working for each other," said Martin, who was again a key link in defence.
"The discipline we brought to our play in terms of keeping our shape and structure was excellent.
"Patience when we had possession was important. Even when we were down to 10 men we were able to control a lot of the play."
The coach said there were many contributors to an oustanding victory.
Martin praised Breeze's creativity and workrate up front, Waterson on the flank, Jono Ryan and Viktor Rodriguez who won a lot of contests or worked to assist team-mates.
The night's play in Bendigo kicked off with Brunswick scoring a 5-2 victory in the under-20s clash.
Bendigo did well to set up a lot of attacks, but just could not put the ball into the net.
FC Bendigo is on the road next Saturday to play Sunshine George Cross.
