CRATE Man and his family are slowly starting to take shape.
Mysterious handlers, decked out in black balaclavas, have started to construct the family in The Conservatory in Rosalind Park.
A musician is playing in the park and a small group of people have gathered to watch.
Crate Man's children have arrived.
Natalie and Glenn and their children Alice and Olive heard the music and decided to eat their lunch in Rosalind Park.
Glenn said he had seen Crate Man around town but did not know he was bringing his family to Bendigo.
One visitor to Bendigo said Crate Man was different.
"It's interesting," he said
"I had to get someone to tell me what is was."
Another person said he was interested to see how the handlers put together Crate Man.
"I came over mainly for the music," he said
"I have seen (Crate Man) around town.
"It's pretty interesting."
